​​Within Azure Data, the messaging and real-time analytics team provides comprehensive solutions and a robust platform that enables users to ingest high granularity signals (real-time & observability) and complex data, converting those into a competitive advantage in real-time for both end users and modern applications.  ​
​As a Principal Product Designer on the Real-Time Intelligence team, you’ll shape high-impact, high-quality data tools that educate, empower, and delight data professionals and consumers. You’ll accelerate the product vision through design leadership, collaboration, and an iterative release process. Your work will influence Microsoft Fabric, shaping experiences for Fabric Copilot, Real-Time Dashboard, Eventhouse, Eventstream, and Graph.

Required/Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 8+ years experience working in product or service design
OR Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human Computer Interaction, User Experience, Interaction Design, or related field AND 6+ years experience working in product or service design
o OR equivalent experience.

Product Design IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $137,600 - $267,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $180,400 - $294,000 per year.
