We are seeking a talented and innovative Product Designer to join our team. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our digital products, combining creativity with technical expertise to deliver intuitive and visually appealing designs.This role combines both design and engineering, requiring a deep understanding of the intersection between great design and robust, scalable software architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Design: Design intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging user interfaces for our real estate and property management platforms.
UX/UI Development: Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define user experiences and translate those designs into functional, responsive software.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to ensure designs are accurately implemented while maintaining technical feasibility and performance.
Platform Innovation: Contribute to the evolution of our software solutions, identifying opportunities to introduce new features or improve existing ones for property managers, landlords, and tenants.
End-to-End Design: From concept to delivery, youāll take ownership of design projects, ensuring a seamless and beautiful experience from the user interface to the technical infrastructure.
User-Centric Approach: Use user feedback, data, and market research to refine and iterate designs, creating exceptional user experiences that solve real-world problems for our clients.
Performance Optimization: Ensure that designs and features are optimized for fast performance and scalability across all devices and platforms.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
Strong front-end development skills with knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
Familiarity with back-end technologies and frameworks (Node.js, Ruby on Rails, etc.) is a plus.
Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating them into frontend designs.
Proven track record of designing user-friendly interfaces and applications that drive business outcomes. Experience in wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity UI mockups.
Ability to leverage user data, analytics, and research to make informed design decisions and continuously optimize user experience.
Ā Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present design concepts, collaborate with internal teams, and interact with stakeholders effectively.
Ā Demonstrated ability to approach complex design challenges with innovative solutions while balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical constraints.
U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY:Ā Ā The hourly pay rate for this position is anticipated to range between $110,000 ā $210,000. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law.āÆFactors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidateās skills, experience, and geographic location, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed. Most candidates will start in the bottom half of the pay range.āÆThe upper end of the range will generally be reserved for candidates with extensive experience.āÆAn employeeās pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
