About the Role:
The UI/UX Designer will help shape the user experience of Rev.io PSA by conducting research, testing usability, and designing intuitive, visually engaging interfaces. This role works closely with product managers and engineers to translate user needs into impactful design solutions. With 1-3 years of experience, the candidate will gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while refining and implementing user-centered designs.
Responsibilities for this position include:
- Design and implement user interfaces that are intuitive, engaging, and brand-consistent across web and mobile platforms.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to translate business and user requirements into actionable design solutions.
- Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to better understand client needs and improve the PSA experience.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Oversee the design process from conception to final hand-off, ensuring a seamless transition to engineering teams.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles and integrate best practices in UI/UX design.
Skills Needed:
- 1-3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in UI design and user experience strategies.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and React, with an emphasis on creating responsive designs a plus.
- Skilled in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of the Agile web development lifecycle, including design, development, and deployment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt designs based on user feedback and analytics.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
- Emphasis in UX research best practices and experience with high-fidelity prototyping is a plus.
