Primary Purpose
As a UX/UI Designer, you will work in our Delivery team to bring experiment hypotheses to life, creating multiple variations of clients’ web pages to put to the test. Informed by exploration, strategy, and research, your variations will prove which design choices are most effective for our clients' customers. You have a strong portfolio demonstrating your understanding of design strategy and are hands-on in applying user-centered design processes and techniques.
You will also work closely with our Marketing team to create a cohesive, enjoyable brand experience at every client touchpoint. You will leverage your creative and technical talents to shape and communicate the Conversion brand story. You are creative and passionate about user experience and graphic design; you're keen to learn and share your own insights.

Key Accountabilities
- Convert existing wireframes into creative user-friendly designs while maintaining consistency with our clients brand guidelines and/or website look & feel
- The creation of wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and design-to-dev handoff for client A/B test experiences, client user research tests, and/or the Conversion website
- Turn challenging workflows into simple, usable experiences
- Recommend creative, testable solutions for user experience challenges
- Collaborate with internal team members (such as but not limited to Developers, Project Managers, etc.) to bring ideas to life
- Create and maintain assets for each marketing channel (blog graphics, paid ads, social media assets, email templates, etc.)
- Create and maintain assets for special marketing events
- Create brand assets for internal and external use, including prospect and client-facing presentations and other resources
What You Have
The ideal candidate has the following qualifications, but we're looking for the right candidate so don't be shy if you don't check every box!
- 3+ years of professional UI Design experience and 1+ years of UX Design experience
- A degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
- A strong portfolio that showcases high-quality, strategic, and creative user-friendly design solutions.
- Expert proficiency using Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
- A fundamental understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — enough to work in tandem with Front End Developers
- Familiar with the latest UX/UI web and mobile technology
- Solid knowledge of responsive design principles
- Excellent communicator and an exceptional organizer
