About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our talented product team as a Senior Product Designer. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Principal Product Designer and the broader Product Design team to strategically enhance UX and UI design across our evolving product ecosystem, addressing design challenges at different stages of product development.

Your focus will be on leading and supporting key initiatives that craft seamless user journeys by improving navigation, harmonising workflows, and establishing a unified design vision and systems. Working alongside product owners,  engineers and cross-functional teams, you'll help consolidate legacy UX/UI elements and implement consistent, human-centred design practices across the product teams and ecosystem. Your expertise will be essential in shaping our overall Product Design Vision, Product Strategy, and OKRs.

What will you be doing

Roles and responsibilities include

  • Drive UX Initiatives: Lead and contribute strategic insights and guidance to UX/UI projects, helping to break down silos and align design efforts across products.
  • Champion Best Practices: Share your design expertise with colleagues, supporting the growth of junior team members through collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • User Research & Insights: Conduct user research to develop deep empathy for our customers and inform human-centred design solutions.
  • Workflow Optimisation: Design consistent and holistic information architectures and navigation systems to simplify complex workflows across products.
  • Innovative Design: Create, develop and refine intuitive, engaging features and interfaces that resonate with our brand and meet our users’ needs.
  • Design System Contribution: Contribute to the evolution of our design system to streamline both design and development processes while advocating for its adoption across the organisation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders to align priorities and effectively execute on the product roadmap.
  • Data-Driven Improvement: Analyse data and research findings to evaluate the current UX performance and identify actionable insights for improvements.

Who are we looking for

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • Proven Expertise: You will have extensive experience in UX/Product Design or a closely related role within the software industry, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on enterprise SaaS software or comparable products.
  • Collaborative Mindset: You will have a track record of working effectively within cross-functional teams, contributing valuable design insights that shape product roadmaps and features.
  • User-Centred Strategy: You will have demonstrable experience in conducting user research and developing human-centred design solutions that drive business outcomes.
  • Adaptability: You will be a natural multitasker, capable of prioritising your work while staying responsive to evolving business needs.
  • Excellent Communication: You will have strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts and strategies across diverse stakeholder groups, bridging technical complexity with strategic clarity.
