Your Role
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will bridge product strategy and design execution, ensuring that InoHealth’s solutions are not only visually intuitive but also strategically aligned with business goals and market needs. Your work will contribute to both product-market fit and long-term differentiation, ensuring seamless user experiences that drive engagement, retention, and successful commercialization. You'll take full ownership of our UI/UX development process—from initial research and concept creation to prototyping, testing, and final implementation.Â

Key Responsibilities
- Shape and drive the long-term UI/UX strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives, product-market fit, and customer experience goals.
- Develop and maintain a unified design system to ensure consistency across platforms.
- Act as a strategic partner in product development, influencing product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and user research to ensure design excellence is deeply embedded in decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with product leadership to translate business objectives into user-centric experiences, working with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Define and own the UX framework, ensuring a scalable, research-driven design approach across all InoHealth products.
- Drive accessibility and inclusivity in product design, ensuring compliance with WCAG and creating solutions that cater to diverse healthcare users.
- Craft innovative designs to differentiate InoHealth products and elevate the brand experience.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to gain insights that inform both product strategy and UX improvements.

Essential Qualifications
- A degree in a relevant field (UI/UX Design, HCI, Design, Computer Science etc.).
- Proficiency in Figma, including Design Tokens.
- Take ownership of design and product decisions, influencing product strategy while delivering hands-on, high-quality UI/UX execution.
- Proven experience in product design, UX strategy, and digital product development, with a focus on driving both engagement and business impact, through seamless, intuitive user experiences.
- Expertise in developing digital products, including cross-platform designs (desktop, tablet, and mobile).
- Strong background in information architecture, interaction design, and data visualization to translate complex health insights into actionable experiences.
- Professional proficiency in verbal and written English.
- An EU passport or valid work permit is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven track record in UI/UX and product design within healthcare, life sciences, or similar industries.
- Experience designing for accessibility and compliance with WCAG standards.
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry.
- Proficiency in German or additional languages.
